FAQ/Store Policy

How long is shipping and transit times? Since we are based in Guam at the moment, processing orders takes 1-3 days and shipping/transit times can take up to two weeks after shipment. We provide tracking numbers through USPS, once it reaches USPS, we have no control over their transit times. If there is an issue or your item was never delivered even with tracking, email us and we'll fix it!


Why are some items shipped seperately? 
Some apparel items are made in a warehouse and shipped directly to you. These specific items are made to order as soon as you finish checkout. These will arrive separately than the accessories and decals we have from our in-house inventory. 


Why is shipping costs on some items more than the item price itself?
Those specific items are very small and due to mail getting lost between Guam and other countries, tracked shipping is a must to ensure proper delivery. 

What happened to free shipping on diecuts?
We no longer offer this option due to mail constantly getting lost or received weeks later than expected. Tracked shipping is the best option.

What kind of material is used for the stickers and diecuts?
Printed slap style stickers are printed on Orajet vinyl and diecuts are cut from permanent 651 vinyl that last up to 6 years. 


*STORE POLICY:*

All diecut decals and banners are handmade in-house and slight variations or mistakes may occur. We try our best to inspect each diecut and apparel item before packaging to ship out. If there is an issue with your item, please email us WITH PHOTOS of any damages. 

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges except on DAMAGED items ONLY (with emailed photo proof) - please send the damaged item back to us and we will replace! Lost or stolen packages must submit a claim through USPS with your tracking number and contact information.
